Glovender is looking for a result-oriented Account Executive to assist us in expanding our client base by generating leads, contacting potential clients, setting meetings, and facilitating sales.
Glovender is a fast-growing Nashville based supply chain acceleration startup. We help leading brands and emerging creators avoid supply chain delays, accelerate product launches, and maximize profits using our G360 Command Center™ platform and global supply chain agents.
- Achieve forecasted sales goals
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads on the Glovender CRM
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Utilize cold calling, networking, door knocking, social media, referrals, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and show empathy towards their challenges
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients by adding value to their business
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly resultsSet and conduct client Meet & Greet sessions
- Provide the Glovender leadership team with market insights and feedback as needed
- Attend and represent Glovender at local events and expos
- High school graduate or higher
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Passion for sales and outsourcing/sourcing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to attend weekly team meetings
- Ability to fulfill weekly responsibilities, meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Fluency in English
